We are a business funding broker. We don't lend money and we don't make funding decisions. Funders do.
The site gives information, not advice
Everything on this site is general information about business funding in South Africa. It isn't financial advice, and it isn't advice about your business. It doesn't take your circumstances into account. Before you sign any funding agreement, read it in full and, if you're unsure, get advice from your accountant or another qualified adviser.
Quick Access Capital is not registered with the National Credit Regulator (NCR) or the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA).
Nothing here is an offer of credit
Nothing on this site is an offer of funding, an approval, a quote or a promise that you will get funding. Any figures, prices or examples are there to explain how a type of funding works. They are not what you will be offered.
Only a funder can offer you funding. The funder decides whether to fund you, how much, at what price and on what terms. Your agreement is with the funder, not with us.
Contacting us about funding
When you contact us about funding:
- please give true and complete details, because we and any funder rely on them
- we will contact you about that enquiry only, as our privacy notice explains
- it doesn't commit you to anything, and doesn't commit us or any funder to anything
We don't charge you a broker fee for any application. Where funding is concluded, the funder may pay us a commission.
Links to other websites
Some pages link to other websites, such as government departments, regulators and industry bodies. We link to them so you can check a fact at its source. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for what they say or how they handle your information.
Keeping the site accurate
We check the facts on each page against a source and show the source on the page. Laws, rates and funders' terms change, so a page may fall out of date. If you spot something wrong, please tell us at info@qacapital.co.za.
Limits on our liability
We take care to keep this site accurate, but we can't promise that every page is complete, correct or up to date at all times, or that the site will always be available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from relying on the general information on this site instead of reading your funding agreement or getting advice. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law says can't be limited.
